All participants are required to complete one Participant Registration form, and sign in at each activity.

All activities are available to House members for $5 per session, unless otherwise stated.
Membership - $10 per year
To apply for annual membership at LSCH, please come by the House to pick up a membership application form, and nomination form if required, or call 5146 0145 / email manager@lochsportcommunityhouse.com to request the membership and nomination forms be emailed to you.
